Hi, I have valid H1B stamped in my passport. I am doing a soft landing with my COPR at Vancouver by crossing border from Seattle. I plan to stay at Vancouver for 2 days and then travel back to Seattle. I am fully vaccinated and I have proof of vaccination with me.

Do I need a negative covid test to enter Seattle by land again? or will the proof of vaccination be enough? Please advise.

Thanks in advance!

You need to fill out the app, ArriveCan. As of right now, you don't need test results, if you are fully vaccinated.

But make sure you complete filling out everything on ArriveCan before crossing the border, including the very last section where they ask you if you have a place to stay in case a quarantine is needed.

You shouldnt be relying on forums as you risk your entry with less prepared for the travel.
Because rules change all the time. This month had multiple changes. So just use the official guide to confirm on entry requirements. There might be different requirement whenever you travel.

From 25th apr, no preentry test/quarantine plan required for vaccinated.
Last night submitted my information for monday travel: Traveler detail with the travel document number, vaccination detail and uploaded photos of vaccination record. It didnt ask anything else.
