Lack Citizenship judges and delays in processing citizenship applications

Looks like liberal government has made it a policy to put more applications(both PR/Citizenship) to Secondary review and RQs, and put them in a dark room called "non-routine". Account to freedom in information request by an immigration attorney, average processing times has gone up under liberals but it seems low because the calculations exclude "non-routine" cases which linger for upto 4 years.

Frustrating as it is, I request all those going through this IRCC harassment to email PM Trudeau and Min John McCallum to clear these unceasing number of "non-routine" applications by appointment of Citizenship judges.

Only 11 out of 26 judges are in place. Can't they even find 15 or so judges and it has been more than year in power.

My email to PM and minister is below

-----Please bug out PM and Minsters emails so that they pay some attention to this cause. They have 5 day visa approval window for someone sitting abroad while people here are struggling to get Pr cards renewed and Citizenship granted -----

SUBJECT: Is it that hard to appoint 15 Citizenship Judges even after an year in government?

Hon. Minister/PM,

As a liberal, it is now becoming clear that liberal government is inept to implement policies and laws it championed in elections.

How come with so many unemployed and under employed people you cannot even find few Citizenship judges?
Is this a deliberate attempt to delay processing times so that people blame conservatives and vote liberal? Well, people already voted liberal and now folks are knowing they aren't much different or inept to do anything different.

I don't think this argument is very effective. You make it sound like they can just grab anyone looking for a job and appoint them as a judge.

Unfortunately This is a whole business and leaving people on rqs , secondary reviews or backlog is just another way to get immigrants (which is equivalent of idiot in this country) to pay more:

few facts to keep in mind:

-5 million dollars is what harper made during his years of politics. And that s only the publicly released amount...
-immigrants make at best 50 % of there expenses during their first 4 years
-10 % is the number of canadians who live abroad (not far from any 3rd country ) and most of them are Canadian born who want to have international expense in countries like Australia or the usa or the uk while we pay taxes for them here.
-200 millions dollars is about what a province like bc makes out of tax payers each year. and believe me not many immigrants are hired in city or government jobs.
-a permanent resident cannot join the mounted police for example.
-and so much more....

you really need to have good reasons to immigrate to Canada.

All I see is people complaining about their Citizenship wait times, and nobody seriously bugging their MPs and Trudeau about appointment of more Citizenship Judges.

They just come here and complain. Complain to the Prime Minister, Minister John McCallum and your MP to appoint more CJs.

Call them, don't just email.
