Labour Market Opinion from a company who is a branch of a US company

Hello Everyone,

My PGWP expires in almost 5 months from now. My company applied for LMO some time back and that application was closed because they called asking for a business license to confirm the company is legal and another person who did not applied picked up the phone. That person just talked to them but because he was very busy he totally forgot to tell me which is why they closed the application and now my company has to apply again.

The problem is that my company is not incorporated to Canada because it is a branch from the states. We seem not to have a business license, we do have a CRA number and the company pay taxes legally and everything. I actually got my T4 already from last year.

I would like to know what document my company needs just to avoid them calling again.

Service Canada will call if they want. No way to prevent them from calling if they see it necessary.

Thanks for your prompt response. I understand they can call but... what document do they need?. If they call again I want the girl from Human Resources to be able to answer correctly to whatever they ask.
