Labour Market Opinion for post graduate work permit

As with the new change for the CEC, i'm no longer eligible to apply. So i have to apply under FSW, and i have some question about the LMO.

I know that this is for my employer. Even though they're willing to do it, they're quite new to this, so i want to help.
My job is bookkeeper. It's level B job, but i'm just afraid that it'll be hard to prove there's a need for foreign workers for this position.
Anybody had experience on this, please share.

I can provide you some advice on this, if you are a PGWP holder and it's about to expires. you can apply the LMO without having your job advertise (providing that your employer willing to help you with the documentation, t4, financial report, etc), see following link for more detail: esdc.gc.ca/eng/jobs/foreign_workers/higher_skilled/students/index

My PGWP was expired last year, and I had to apply for LMO. And right know I'm going for FSW path for my PR since my code wont even qualify under CEC anymore (i'm a bookkeeper/accounting too)

Not under PGWP anymore. I came back again as a student and will graduate by the end of this year. I got a job offer but I think HIEP3010 and I fear that it will be hard for our employers to prove that there is a shortage of labor in this field.

Correct me if I'm wrong if you're PGWP holder your employer dont have to prove the labor shortage, think of LMO as your WP extension after PGWP expires. (no advertising required according to the link that I provided above)
