LA Passport submission process after Nov 1, 2018

Seems like the VAC in Los Angeles has moved to

Canadian Visa Application Centre – Los Angeles
8530 Wilshire Street, Suite 450
Beverly Hills, CA, 90211
U.S.A.

https://www.vfsglobal.ca/Canada/USA/how_to_apply.html says that the passport must be submitted to the above address along with the request letter. Also, the service fee will be payable to TT Services (https://www.vfsglobal.ca/Canada/USA/Service_and_Service_Charge.html). The service fee seems to be $19.90 USD

So,
The old process was to mail two packages

- First with VAC service charge of 32.27 payable to CSRA Consular Services
- Second with passport, passport request form and other documentation

The new process is to mail a single package

- With VAC service charge of $19.90 payable to TT Visa Services Inc., passport, passport request form and other documentation.

Is that correct? I should not be mailing a money order to CSRA anymore, right? Please help. The link http://www.csc-cvac.com/en-US/selfservice/cvac_application_processing doesn't have all the information anymore.

Have you done any prepaid envelope? Because the website says that VFS will use UPS to do snedback.

IN TT Services Consent Form do we need to sign the not wishing to provide biometrics or the other one i am from India and staying in USA its says no need in the form which one do i sign

Just go to USPS, the agent will help you out the label of your prepaid envelope, every useful message will be there.

Sharing my experience here, hope can help you guys:
1. Preparing all documents well: for the fee, I got a money order for the package transmission, $19.9;
2. I went to the courier center in my school where can both send USPS and UPS. There is a message confusing in the VAC website that VFS will use UPS to do the send back, so I asked the agent to help me figure it out. She said I could also choose USPS to do the send back. But I chose the UPS to make a prepaid envelope just in case. BTW, I chose USPS to send my passport to VAC;
3. I live near to LA, so I chose LA VAC and tracked my passport. Then you need to wait until VFS send you the automatic email to track your passport leaving for IRCC to get the visa and from IRCC back to VFS and using your envelope to send it back to you. Also, your document information will upgrade in the IRCC website where you did the online application.

The difference from previous experience is that there are only one package and fee is $19.9 if you don't have other extra fees.

My package reached on Monday morning and I got the email confirmation on Tuesday evening.

Wow, that's a quick response. My package reached on last Friday by 3:00pm and I have not yet get the email confirmation from the LA VAC. Check online with their people, they said it may take 10 business days until they send me the email notification. Hope that's there worst estimation.
