L-1 Visa possibilities after PR

Hi,

Hope things are going well. I am reaching out to know about the possibilities for applying US work visas after getting Canada PR. Say I get my PR and work in Canada for a year. Can I do an intra-company transfer to US on L-1 Visa and still maintain my PR status. Also, what about H1-B , can my employer apply for one while I am in Canada.

You need to spend 730 days in Canada in 5 year period to maintain your PR status. You can apply for US visas from Canada but need to fulfill PR obligations to maintain status.
