You have to send the copy of your residence visa copy to kuwaiti sponsor and

he will get the print out by paying some fees in immigration dept. kuwait..

or you can send the paper to any of your friend and he will assist you

by approaching your sponsors.

My case is delayed to extra ordinary travel to middle east...

my entire family is canadian since 2002

If you don't mind... how much is considered "extra ordinary" traveling?

For example... how many times did you travel to middle east before you apply to pr renewal? or your citizenship application?

I'm not looking for specific info about your case... just interested to know (generally) what would be
considered too much traveling... and how this affects someone's applications? (PR or/and citizenship).

Thanks :)

Mary

Thanks for the advise, I gave you a +1

but that sounds like another lengthy procedure.

What about my wife, as she is dependent on me and I am the "sponsor" (in Arabic it means Master). How can I get hers?

"Sponsor" , "Release from Sponsor" , "Master", "Slave", no country in the world uses such terms/phrases. We are living in 2014 and Middle East is still in the Master-Slave mentality.

Hello
why you serotype all middle east as master - slave mentality1!. I am from Jordan ( one of 11 middle east countries ) I have worked in United Arab Emirates for 11 years & was sponsored by Ministry of health or what you call it work visa. I was free to travel ,, work ,,, live and interact with the community ,,, yes there some private sectors of one or two countries in gulf still need to reform and get rid of their immigration rule toward working visa

by the way sponsor doesn't mean Master or slave in Arabic but may be the behaviours or mentality of some people you have experienced with made you think like that and I don't blame you as there is many bad people or systems around there.

I hope you find some one to get you Exit entry repot as also I am looking for some one to get me exit/entry report from UAE ,,,, good luck

Jordanese people are nice and Jordan doesn't fall in GCC region.
I think it is pretty easy for UAE, there are a lot of resources on the forum on how to get one.

Can you guide me on how to get one report from Kuwait? Without actually going there?

The kuwait entry / exit report arises from a department in a building next to the airport known as the immigration entry / exit port department .. They hv the last 3 yrs in their system if you request more than that y must show them an official request from the cic as they it takes 2 wks for them to provide from their database storage ... I don't know hw to get it without being there ..however mb a friend can help you

I lived in kuwait and still do go , this is how I got the last 3 years of entry / exit reports , you still hv family members mb they can assist you ... Also try to get them attested before bringing them to canada to be certified by the embassy here .
Although you have been extremely hostile to Arabs / Muslims especially women with hijab .. My answer to your question above is just the evidence that we live by our Islamic preachings to be forgiving and helpful to everyone inspite of their hate and actions towards us ..to obey God almighty and rise above human weak inclinations towards a better soul ...

Thank you May2014 for your feedback.
Do I need to get a sponsor involved to get this report? I have not received any request from CIC so far. I think I will have to ask a family member to get it for me. What documents do I need? Was your report requested by CIC and if they did, then why did they request. Was it bcoz of ur travel history?

I m sorry if any comments offended anyone. I have muslim friends ofcourse. Your a good muslim obviously. Most ppl are good. Its only the rich that xploit the poor.

I just walked in the building with my passport and asked for it .. Was referred to the manger because I wanted this from 2010 ... He said you need an official request if more than the 3 yrs we hv in the system ... So mb if a close relative ( say ur father) goes in with a copy of yr main page passport .. They would immediately print and stamp the last 3 yrs . Now , cic didn't ask for this .. I am waiting f my test invitation yet .. But it is further evidence along with CBSA and i94 ( I hv a post on hw to prepare f ur interview) .. I got it bec a frd of mine had an iqama ( that was several times renewed in kwt) but one of them was not stamped cancelled when the new one was assigned ... That raised suspicions of the officer although a strong work evidence , kids schools etc etc ... The officer only looks at ur passport and travel record
I advised y to attest it ( exterior ministry of foreign affairs in Kuwait) bec I read on this forum that officers demanded UAE reports to be officially attested from sm ppl ... I didn't attest mine before translation .. And I am typically missing one yr ( 1st yr) in the report .. But if they require it they must provide y with an official request to submit in kwt .. They told me so
Apology accepted no worries

I was just reading another post and found that you again made sm negative comments , if you truly believe that not all Muslims are bad ( as it is in every religion / culture etc etc ) than kindly abstain from making such hurtful comments that are both general and stereotypical.. I believe we are now in a multicultural great canada where we must respect differences and be kind to each in our new home
Pls be more considerate to those of us who cherish their religions whatever that religion was

My previous post on hw to prepare f yr interview / test
Dear all
Hope my observation helps everyone about to take the test and go through the interview ... The main issue is your credibility in the interview .. Off course only proven with solid evidence ; documents to avoid RQ post test
From others posts , the officer validates every single stamp / and questions any other residence permit in your passport with your input in the residency calculator and travel history
So my advice before yr test is
1) revise your passport pages again and make sure they match your residency calculator input
2) make sure you have translations of all foreign stamps even if old ones to avoid being suspected ( the officer cannot identify if it was old if it wasn't in English)
3) if you had a trip out of Canada after applying ( with a foreign stamp that needs translation ) , Make sure you translate that too ( as the officer has doubted a friend of mine )
4) all US entry / exits report can be obtained for those frequent US travelers as sometimes some stamps of Canada entry are missing
5 ) VIP point... If y have a residency permit to any country (especially UAE ) wether was valid after landing or even cancelled later on ... Get entry / exit report from that country ready with you in the interview ( and CBSA ) to avoid a RQ
6) lastly if you hv boarding passes , e tickets of your travels hv them organized as proof if possible ( although y might not hv the chance or time to show them )
Familiarize yourself with your passport to answer quickly and have your documents showing entry / exits logs as CBSA reports / US reports / any other country with a residency permit and those countries with a egate as UAE to avoid RQ
These are just some simple observations from other posts ... Pls feel free to correct / add anything more
My best wishes to all

I think I might be in the same situation, I have a lot of iqama stamps , all have expired and some have cancellation stamps and some dont. I have no idea why its like that. Can you share what happened with your friend eventually, was he asked to provide Entry/Exit Report as well.

The information you have provided on getting Entry/Exit Report from Kuwait is really beneficial. I had been searching this information for many days on the internet, but couldnt find any resource. This information should be added to Elineef's website (only if she is following this post).

As for Muslims, like I said I know there are lots of good Muslims and of course Islam is a good religion. We need more tolerate and peace minded Muslims like you.

I did similar search before and found nothing but when did it in Arabic found someone asking same question on a Facebook link and when in kuwait verified the info ( which I can provide inarabic if y r sending someone that speaks Arabic)
My friend firist problem was that un canceled iqama .. Then unfortunately a fresh Arabic stamp that was not translated bec it was after sending the application .( read my post above).. The officer was not happy and suspicious so asked for further translations not entry / exit report
However those were sent but still didn't seem t o meet that request .. So another aggressive letter to end the application if not accurate info sent
You are aware that iqama is valid to date but with also 6 months max entrance requirement .. It is written in both Arabic and English that will drop if passed 6 months without entry ! Read that t officer and validate with CBSA report and if y get the entry exit kuwait report too
Make sure y hv a certfied original translation of passport not a copy
Gdluck

Yes, I will appreciate if you can provide that. Thanks.

So why uncancelled visa, so much of a problem even though it says "Absence Exceeding 6 months shall nullify the residence permit."
