Know about P.R after got MPNP

I want to know about P.R no. My husband got his MPNP in Winnipeg. He had one year work permit. He applied for federal files. But his work permit left just for 1.5 month now. His employer denied to expand his work permit and he didn’t find any other employer who can sponsor him. Please help me and tell what we can do now. Please we are very fade up from this we didn’t find a hope
