I am new to all of this, and have been waiting (not so patiently).......

Hubby and I have been married 5 years, have 2 children together. Applied for TRV 3 times and denied each time. Finally filed for sponsorship, papers sent Dec 17th, received Dec 18th.

Sponsorship approval: Mar 7th
Background check and medicals sent in March 27th.
Now, it says up to 25 months for it to be processed but is that accurate? Anyone get it done sooner? Ours seems simple to me, shouldnt have any issues. Hubby has never been in trouble with the law, university educated, we have 2 kids together, etc etc. I guess im just looking for some encouragement that it wont take so much time?

Hi I also going through the same process with Kingston Jamaica ..I am trying to sponsor my husband he is 33 and I am 28...we have been married since May 2012 and we summited our application to sponsor sometime in October and it was received November 12/2014...we summited the police check and medicals at the same time as we sent in the application as a lawyer advised me it would help speed up the process a bit ...I also sent in all fees at the beginning because it also helps speed up things when they don't have to mail you to request them because every time they you have to mail in additional documents you can expect months of delays because they don't open your mail as they receive it ..I received AOR Feb 21/2015 and Kingston Jamaica received our application Feb 27/2015...we have been waiting every since . I did email Kingston Jamaica this week and they advised me his file was just waiting to be reviewed one more time by a immigration officer and rest assure we will be notified if they require anything further which at this time they said all documents required have been reviewed and they have enough evidence to document our marriage ...our application was over 600 pages when it was completed and that wasn't including phone records , what's app chat history's , digicel top ups from online ...proof of 14 trips I have taken back over the last 3 years ...I sent in so much it was sent in a box ...but we're still waiting and ta stressful to say the least ...and financially it is so difficult ..I was always under the impression Outland is processed faster so that's the route we took ...it's going on 9 months for us
