HELLO ALL.. I have a senario.. my child father is now married and living in Canada, my daughter(already has visitors visa)who apparently is on his filing has she had done a medical, her passport(passport return) was taken in along with visa picture of her was taken she is still in the island..
The question is should she should visit him can she stay in the canada while he completes the filing?
