Hi Dear,

I have a question kindly tell me the way...I have been living for 15 years in USA with my family 2 kids who they are American citizen and my wife as a non citizen.. Finally I was deported from USA to Pakistan because of my Over stay reason.. I was not convicted in any crime but was arrested for deportation. Now I am living in Pakistan for 3 years and I got divorce 2 years ago... now i am going to be married with Canadian woman...My question is : Will my deportation be effected in my case for sponsorship if my wife sponsor me ?
Thanks

You deportation from USA is not a barrier for spousal sponsorship to Canada...........your spousal sponsorship application will be approved based on the proof and genuineness of your marriage/relationship.

Will advice that are honest with IRCC and you provide your stay and deportation information in your application (form IMM5669 - Schedule A - Question 4).

You will be required to include Police Certificate from USA.......and required documents as stated in the spousal sponsorship checklist.

Thanks for your reply, one more thing is , will i get the police certificate or the FBI report? Both are different things but it's depend on immigration requirement that i do not know. If my report shows " arrested" then?

You will only need one FBI Report which is the Police Certificate for USA...........been arrested and deported in USA is not a crime that would be a barrier for spousal sponsorship to Canada.......if your FBI report shows your were involved in crimes like terrorism then it could be a problem........relax.

Respected all, kindly be cleared my confusion : My last month in USA was July 2015 but before my deportation in July 2015 I applied the Back ground check from FBI in June 2015. I got the report in Dec. 2015 and my friend sent me in my home , Pakistan. However, do i need the current FBI report again to apply for Canada Immigration as a spouse visa? Kindly be acknowledged me that how old the FBI report should be latest?
Thanks for your advance..
