On March 30 2023, I submitted my open work permit (Student in India, Sep Intake) but forgot to upload the port of entry document on client information. Is it necessary to submit that document? Could you please let me know if I need to raise a web form and upload the file?

What are you referring to? Is it a copy of the study permit ?

You can raise a webform & attach. Good Luck
