Hi,

Are you visiting for sightseeing/meeting friends?

As do not have a host inviting you, you must prepare a day-by-day expense estimate (hotel + meals + entry fees + travel expenses + sundry expenses).... and show you have the finances for this itinerary.

You can also purchase an overseas travel medical policy for your visit (although this is not mandatory). Do submit a copy of this policy with your visa application.

Also, copies of recent 2-3 months credit card statements that show low credit dues and the credit limits.

Employment: Please include a leave approval letter from your employer stating your job will be there for you when you return on XX date

Ties to your home country:
Do you own property or land, leased/rental accommodation, financial investments (bank term deposits/shares/pension funds), family who live with you, any other responsibilities or commitments?

Do you have a reason to return to your home country by a specific date? Work commitments or a family event?

Cheers :)

Thank you for the reply, Bryanna. :)

The purpose of my trip is mainly tourism/sightseeing.

Unfortunately, I do not have any property under my name and financial investments. I am still living together with my parents and siblings. I mentioned this on my cover letter. But i am wondering on how can i further prove this aside from the family information form.

My tentative date for travel is February 13-26, 2016. My parents will be celebrating their silver wedding anniversary by March 2. Do you think I can include this as another reason to return to my home country aside from my family and employment ties?

Thank you very much. You are a great blessing to a lot of people. :)

Hi,

Many thanks for your kind words :)

The purpose of my trip is mainly tourism/sightseeing.
Do prepare the day-by-day estimate as mentioned in my previous post.

I am still living together with my parents and siblings.
You'll have to provide evidence of your parents and siblings living together at the same address + you support your family financially (if it is the case) + if your parents are dependent on you for their well-being

My parents will be celebrating their silver wedding anniversary by March 2. Do you think I can include this as another reason to return to my home country aside from my family and employment ties?
Yes, of course. You can also provide any evidence of plans being made for the celebrations/invitations/restaurant bookings, etc + their marriage certificate

If you need any other suggestions/advice, let me know

Cheers :)
