Dear all,
Im sorry if this question has been asked before but i've just registered here.

I've been working for a canadian business outside Canada for almost 2 years. My PR card will expire in 2 months. Am i eligible to apply for renewal at this stage knowing that i read it somewhere that 1095 days is the required period?

It depends.

To meet the PR card residency requirement you must live in Canada for 2 out of every five years. Work outside of Canada for a Canadian business can sometimes be counted towards the total. In order for it to count, you generally must have been hired for a role within Canada - and then at a later date transferred to a role outside of Canada. If you were hired directly for the role outside of Canada, CIC probably won't allow you to count it.
