Hi,
I have a situation and seeking opinion from the experts here.

Me and my family got the PR approved and did our 1st landing in Sep 2019. Myself and my wife received our PR cards but we did not received for both our kids. After waiting for sometime, I reached out to CIC via webform and they mentioned that the address details are incomplete for my kids. I have shared that address details again (via the webform) and waited for few weeks. Again when I reached to CIC via phone, they mailed to wring address. I was told to wait for 6 weeks to see if the cards are returned back to them.

I'm currently outside of Canada and got a job offer and need to join in few weeks, looks like I need to travel before my kids PR cards issue is sorted. Is it possible to fly into Canada without my kids PR(they both are US citizens)? Are there any other options than crossing the border via car. Will I be able to take taxi from Seattle to Vancouver?

Please suggest

Appreciate your help!

I believe that they can simply fly to and enter Canada with their US passports.

Thank you for your valuable responses.

Would they run into any issues if they enter Canada on us passport as a visitor and then continue to stay once they have the PR card?
