kid of 5 years old, not meet RO for 4 moths , are reported the same?

hello everybody, my daughter as is PR card but never came here, I want to bring her, but the limet to come and not be reportd was in may 2016, if I bring here, considering her age, ant the time not meeting RO, should be report the same? Should I take the risk or renounce her PR and sponsor her?? thank you!!!

well for sure do not renounce PR, never really any reason to renounce if you do not have to.

So by never came here you mean never landed ? By limit to come you mean she has been away for more than 3 years as of May ? Cannot say but doubt any reporting would occur if only 3 months over the 3 years but she will need to stay 2 years without leaving now.
