Kenyan marrying international student - Visa process??

Hi,

My boyfriend of Tanzanian nationality (an international student) and I (of Kenyan nationality) are planning to get married in August.
What is the visa process/requirement for me to join him there for as long as he is there?
Also indicate the visa processing time.
