Hi All,
I've recently moved to Canada and I'm looking into exchanging my kenyan drivers license to a Canadian one. I've read the requirements on the icbc website (I'm located in British columbia) and one of the requirements is a letter of experience. I have been driving for nearly 4 years so I'll just need to do the knowledge test then the class five road test. I've checked on the kenyan embassy website in Ottawa and they provide an authentication letter for the drivers license upon request. My question is, will the letter from the embassy be sufficient or do I need to get the letter directly from Ntsa in Kenya?
Your response is greatly appreciated.
