Concerning the New FSWP, Kenny has made a couple of statements in Twitter that simply are totally misleading and costed the potential applicants lost of time and effort.
Last July about the occupation list
We do not intend to limit applications to particular professions, but applicants will have to fall w/in NOCs O, A & B.
The new Skilled Worker Program will be limited to applicants in NOCs 0, A, & B, but won't be limited to particular occupations.
Today about the occupation list
The new intake of FSWP applications this May will have a numerical cap and be limited to certain occupational categories.
In January about the credential assessment
We hope to release the list of designated educational assessment agencies for FSWP applications in mid-February.
Today about the credential assessment
We've decided to release the list of designated educational assessment agencies at same time as the occupations list, in April.
And then in contradiction to his often statement that the new FSWP processing will last less than a year he surprises us few days ago with his Tweet:
The May intake of new FSWP applications will be very limited & will go to the back of the queue, behind MI-1s (except for AEOs)
