It appears that you actually returned to go to school not because there was nobody else to care for your grandmother and she needed constant care.

How old are you? So there was no one able to take care of your grandmother, and you were her full time caregiver 24/7. So couldn’t go to school or work either and “had” to care for her? She had no siblings, children to look after her, only a grandchild?

Show reports from doctors and appointments that she needed around the clock care. Include family documentation that she had no family and explain why a grandchild was the only person who could care for her 24/7. Explain that you were not able to go to school or work because she was your responsibility.

Then explain this you posted

“So I’ve lived in Canada since I was 13 turning 14 years old or 14 turning 15. Been In Canada for 7 years. 1 year as a student visa and 6 years as a pr status holder. Now my question is, I went home to my motherland in July 2022 to go get an education. My question is how long can I stay out of canada if I’ve lived in Canada for 6 straight years knowing that the pr rule is 2years in every 5 years so yeah. That’s my concern”

Something doesn't entirely add up either. If departed only in July 2022, should still be in compliance with the RO. If only a little bit out of compliance and need the PRTD to return to Canada, just apply with whatever reasons are true.
