Which office is responsible for rejecting or approving application???? Sydney office or CPP-O??? does any one know??
when an application transfers to CPP-O, does it mean that it will approve or dissaprove??? does sydney office only check for completion of an application and pass it on to CPP-O for final decision?? have there ever been a situation where Sydney at any point deny an application without sending it to CPP-O???? pls help

Sydney just ensures the application is complete and is eligible. CPP-0 would do the refusal otherwise.
