Hello, Im last year computer engineering student. I have around 2.60 gpa. I want to move and live in Canada (mostly Toronto) as fast as possible. I researched about Express Entry, language tests and master degree programs. I think that I have low gpa for master degree. But in every case that I want to apply I have to get good scores on IELTS. I will graduate around on February-March and I wonder if is there any faster way to come to Canada? Doesn't matter which city that much but i lived in Toronto in the past and I'm familiar with the city and communities. I am sorry if i asked very stupid question but i can't get a result from general questions and I wanted to be very specific.

Best Regards.

Express entry IS the quickest way to immigrate to Canada already. And gpa is not a factor in the process.
I have no experience yet, just going to finish my 4 years bachelor degree, age 21, after my graduation and IELTS exam, can i fastly apply to express entry and get a chance do you think?

There are so many online tools that you can use to calculate your EE score.
In general, you need good educate, good English/French level, and be relatively young to stand a chance for EE.That no working experience factor might be a problem for you, but you can make up the score with some other factor such as a higher IELTS score.

Without any work experience, you don't qualify for Express Entry at all.

Minimum to qualify is one continuous year of full-time work experience.

Unfortunately there is no chance right now. You must have at least one year of full time skilled work experience before you can qualify for Express Entry. So at this time you cannot apply.

If you have the funds required, you can look into coming to Canada on a study permit to study here full time (e.g. take a Masters). That will not guarantee PR but will increase your chances of qualifying.
