I want to work in Canada.
I'm a USA citizen. Have a Bachelor's degree.
I'm transferring skills into Tech. Specifically in Data analysis. I've completed some certification but have yet to get a job directly in data. Im building a portfolio showcasing my skills. What are my first steps? I'm looking to do all of this within the next 12 months.

How much work experience do you have? What is degree in?NOC? Need ECA for degree and IELTS for English.Not sure 12 months is possible unless have a Masters, fluent in French and English and have a job offer.

Go on the IRCC site and research Express Entry.
