My sponsor just started working in june.
could she get an option c form still? and will that be a problem for the sponsorship?

so she would just not submit the option c and write into the cover letter that she has recently started working and a statement letter from her boss plus pay stubs are attached to the application?

She just needs to explain that she has never filed taxes in Canada and so cannot obtain an Option C. Include her payslips and the employment letter. CIC will not have any issues with this.
