Just received OOPNP PT Message, I don't know what is the next step, there are no links or contact information in the message!!! ,How could I contact Them??

You need not necessarily contact them. Just go the following link, read thru the application guide and start preparing the documents and also start filling the Nominee Application form and other applicable forms. You have 45 days by which your completed application package should reach them.
