I have been living in Quebec, I just received the (Certificat de Selection du Quebec) I would like to know what's next, when I am going to receive my residence permanente card.

The PR is the last part of the process, you get it after you become a permanent resident - do the landing. So you're probably still quite a ways away.

How are you applying? Are you doing an inland or outland process and if that, with what visa office? Processing times can be very different.

My wife is a canadian citizen, she sponsored me ,she also a nurse I live here with her for almost 6 months.
First we filed all the documents and sent them to Canada immigration
Ater 6 weeks we got a letter from them and asked my wife to file a form (acceptance form) and she sent the form with a $250.00 money order to Quebec.
After two weeks I received a Certificat de Selection du Quebec valid for 2 years.
I would like to know what's next now. When I am going to receive my PR card.

That's still not enough information. Are you doing an inland application or outland? Meaning, did you send your forms to Vegreville or Mississauga? If you're doing an outland application, what is your visa office? What country do you come from?

If you applied inland, then you can expect to hear from CIC about 5-6 months after sending the application. My guess would be you applied outland though, since you heard from them so soon. If that is the case, then it largely depends on the visa office that will be processing your app.
