I thought I explained why I’m starting from the bottom course.
well, they have all the power to not grant, right? Anyway, I am sharing for others to learn something new.
The reasons:

The purpose of the applicant's visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the
details provided in the application.
34 y/o male, single. Going to Algonquin College for a diploma course. Previous work experience as
draftsman. Current working as modeller.
I have carefully considered the applicant's background, career, personal circumstances and family
composition. I have also considered the expenses related to proposed study as well as the
reasonableness of undertaking studies in Canada. It is unclear how proposed studies would improve
career prospects to a degree that would offset the cost of studying abroad.
Weighing the factors in this application. I am not satisfied that the applicant will depart Canada at the
end of the period authorized for their stay.
