Just received from CIO. However it did not state that i have to submit the IELTS test. so the question is now, should i go take IELTS test or just submit the documents required and forget about IELTS test.
??

what is opinion on this...

you need to show your language proficiency either by providing the IELTS results or by giving an explanation letter. This needs to be given when you submit the full docs to your visa office.

If english is not your first language, then would suggest u to take IELTS. ........"Better to be safe than Sorry"
