JUST RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION FROM CIC BUT CAN'T VIEW IT

I've applied for a study permit last week and I've just received a mail from CIC. (processing times from Italy are 5 weeks) I went on my CIC account, had to change password cause I forgot it, and then the website says I have no messages. I'm desperate. I don't know if my application has been rejected or not because I cannot see a mail.That's crazy.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO NOW?

Please help me.
