Am now doing my second year b.com degree. Am planning to study my PG Diploma in Selkrik college under spp for september intake of 2016. I just need a clarifications from experts. we have our exams on march and the results are published in june or july. so my question is. can i apply to selkrik college before the publishing of my 6th sem result? that is i will be having results of 5 sem with me. is it possible to apply to selkrik without the full result? and also will my visa be processed before the start date of college?
