I've heard from many people that the IRCC Call centre reps are very useless and rude but I thought it was just a rumor as I've always talked to kind reps.

Anyway, I just had a call with a very rude and mean rep, she was laughing at me, sighing, and basically trying to teach me like I was 6 year old child.

Our voices got loud, and I just hung up when she was saying something because I was so pissed.

I am sure they have no authority to touch my application and I am just overreacting but I am just concerned. Will it affect my processing time or something? Perhaps she could leave a note on my application?

I know, call me stupid, but just want peace in mind :(

It'll be fine. If you were calling to know the status of your application I'd suggest to order GCMS notes instead.

I know I am just overreacting.. but if the rep REALLY wants to do something to delay or postpone my application, I guess this is possible? Please let me know experts!

They can put a note into your call history though. Next time when you call, don't expect the next call center agent will be nice with you.

Don't worry, the criteria for PR is not included to be nice to everyone you encountered with. Haha
