Hi friend. Please someone to tell me
I want to start my process for a PR from Europe. BUT
I`ve just graduated here and have no work expirience at this moment, and i saw somewhere that in the time of the application i have to have at least one year of expirience.
And i will start work in coming months so. CAN i submit the application now and for the time(we have to wait 2 years) they ask me for more document or update documents i will give them work expirience. please give me some idea.

No, you have to meet the criteria at the time of application, so you need 1 year of skilled work prior to applying.

Are you an Indian/non-European doctor who finished studying in the UK?
I sympathize with your plight. Even if you somehow manage to get one
year's worth of experience, it would be an uphill task to remain in the UK
under the current unfavorable laws which are biased against Asians and Africans.
Suggest you go back to India/your native country, obtain four years of experience
and apply. Another more expensive alternative is to finish your Phd in UK.
