Hi,

I finally got my COPR and want to land next weekend. Does the time I cross the border matter? Or can I land anytime of the day? I want to go through a border crossing around niagara falls.

Thanks

Most US/Canada borders are open 24/7 so you can flagpole anytime. but before you do that check the Canada/ Us border website to check what times the Border is open. Because like I said MOST of them are but not all of them. cheers!

Hi,

Thanks for the response. So you are saying as long as the border crossing is open any officer can complete the paperwork?

Thanks again

yes. You might want to avoid the very busy times because officers might be less "nice" but that's the only thing...

Yes.
I had a weird glitch when my husband got COPR. We did the border crossing at Niagara Falls two days later. There was a glitch in the system and he hadn't actually been entered yet. We ended up spending 2 whole days basically at the border crossing until he was in the system, after lots of calling CPP-O from the border agent.
