Nothing, except that in advance stages of pregnancy the airline may not allow her to board. There's an IATA regulation to that. Also, it'll be good to obtain a Travel Insurance plan, prior to move. 'Coz except for Alberta & Manitoba, there'd be a 'waiting period' for the Health scheme to take effect.
