hi.

i have simple question:

if person A has CRS of lets say 430 and career/profession of let say medical.
person B has CRS of 460 for example and career/profession of engineer for example.

is it possible that person A is chosen/nominated/is successful to be nominated/chosen for immigration, and not person B?

i hope you get what i am trying to ask. the reason i am asking this is because either me or my can apply (or we both?). i am sales professional and my wife is doctor but i have 6 years experience and she has 2 years experience and thus has lower CRS. there difference is around of 14 points.

CRS higher means higher chance to get nominated for ITA, Profession doesn't matter provided it belongs to NOC O, A or B.

It isn’t like u r chosen or something unless u r targeting express entry Provincial nominee program streaMs.

Both of u can be primary applicant it doesn’t matter if u r a sales professional or a doctor. The one with a score of 445 or more would probably have higher chances to receive an ita

It seems your knowledge of Canadian immigration is very limited please make yourself familiar with it well before applying
