Hi!

I visited Canada on six months TRV from 06 November 2015 - 02 October 2016. (A six months extension was taken in May), due to a family emergency I had to come back. My question is, how early is too early to apply for another TRV, as it's only a month since I have arrived back. How long should I wait or can I apply anytime as long as I feel I have all the supportive documents?
Please guide!
Thanks you!

The is no waiting time between TRVs, in fact it is common to request one new TRV once the existing one has expired.

As a visitor, you must *visit* and not *stay* in Canada. You have already stayed for nearly one year.

You would be better off if you hold off your TRV application for some months to prove you have re-established ties to your home country before you reapply

Agreed with the above. I would remain outside of Canada for at least 8 months before attempting another visit.
