I have heard that the 20% down payment option was only limited to PR and citizens.
Thanks!

Hi kidbroker it depends on 2 things.
1) Credit history.
2) Job
You can purchase a property with 10% downpayment if you have a work permit and have been working in the country for 2+ years.
Every case is different and very personal.
If you need more info please go to alrivas .com or al@alrivas.com.

Hi, it varies based on your job status, PR status, as well as each individual mortgage lender. If you want a more personalized answer, feel free to reach out to me via email, I'd be happy to help you out or refer you to a few mortgage specialists who may be able to work out the financial details with you before you start looking for a house.

Best of luck.
