Hi AVC, if you are applying under FAmily Stream, I suggest you submit your application online. You can make first your account in immigratemanitoba website and then once you open it, you'll have the idea of what documents you have to gather and upload. Everything you have uploaded in your online application will be saved automatically and you can access it whenever you have to add documents. Once completed, the submit button will be enabled then you can click on that.
