JUST ASKING ABOUT IELTS EXAM FOR TFW

Hi everyone! Please help me for I'm NOT really sure about this. I'm a Temporary foreign worker and I've been here in Canada since April, 2011 and I belong to the NOC C occupation. My question is what if I'll be applied for PNP nominee later than July 1, 2013, do I have to take an ielts exam inorder to qualify for PNP? Please help me and Thank you for your concern!

ya u must have to appear and have to get at least 4.5 band in general stream. they changed to law and now applied all pnp running provinces.

Will u please tell me how did u got approved on NOC C?? I belive its low skilled or semi skilled catgry I am pretty much new.. I am trying for my fiancee for TWP on and TRV. Please tell me how did u got job offer and how did u applied? Btw can you sponser ur spouse/partner with that workpermit/visa on NOC C? Coz recenty i am doing research on this ad found that on NOC C and D its not possible to bring ur spouse as well as apply for PR (after 6 mnths or 9 mnths) . Pls help me any one..Btw he is looking for semi skilled ; low skilled due to less experience/qualification.
