Good morning all.
Just arrived to BC month ago, me and my wife with 6 years daughter.
We have work permit for 2 years can we apply for PR.
both of us holding bacholers degree 4 years and we can get at least 6 in IELTS may be more.
My brother is Canadian.
I'm already now working in BC my NOC 0632 and have full time job for 2 years with more than 5 years in this job.

Any professional can help me how to start?

So, since you have just arrived to Canada, I will assume that you don't have any Canadian work experience yet. So, as a start:
1. Calculate your eligibility points from the link here. Did you get 67+ points?
2. Calculate your CRS points from the link here.
and post the results.
Since you don't have IELTS results yet, try different scores but the main two scores are 6/6/6/6 which meets the eligibility and 8/7/7/7 L/R/S/W which maximizes your score.
Good Luck!

Thanks Noscaf2014 for your reply.
I used the 2 tools the 1st one was.
Based on your answers, you appear to be eligible for Express Entry

The second one my score from 410 - 430 up and down cuz I don't have Canadian experience.
I'm here in Canada and started my work month ago.
My brother is Canadian and I don't have provincial nomination .
What's the minimum score and what do you recommend??

Thanks again

For the Six selection factors (first tool), how many points exactly did you get? You need to calculate your points manually.
If you have 67+ points, then you are eligible to apply under FSW. So,
1- you and your spouse should go ahead and take the IELTS and assess your education.
2- you can create an Express Entry profile after you have these two things done.
430 is not a bad start, for example, the cut-off threshold in the last draw was 446. So, you may have a chance this year if you can maximize your IELTS score. Also, in one year from now, you will have Canadian work experience which will give you extra points. Good Luck!
