i am a us citizen and my girlfriend lives in Canada. We have known each other for about a year. we instantly fell in love and i would like to move up there with her. we talked about it and we want to get married as well. Now for the questions. Of course she wants to sponsor me but here are some of the problems first is we wanna elope in Canada and then i will come home afterwards for about 6-8 months to work and get more money but if there is a better way that i can be with her sooner and easier way please let me know. Second problem is the way we met was threw a video game called halo reach which is played of Xbox live which is a online gaming service. were worried about the proof of the relationship because we just talk most of the day using a headset and there is really no way to prove that. On top of that we both have iphones and we use imessage which uses data and not texting so its really hard to print anything out because there not way to. She has been down here 3 times and me up there once. So if there are any suggestions or help would be great.

first of all, I'm not a lawyer and this is not legal advice
You should use your flight info (boarding pass, itinerary, border crossing stamps on the passport, etc). you must/should have pictures with each other, and each other's friends/family and they can be used as well. receipts from restaurants? close friends and family are contacted in some cases over the phone to confirm the authenticity of your claims. any emails? if not, start sending them. There should be some facebook/twitter records. any gifts exchanged?you can be honest about the Xbox live and iMessage, because it is what it is (some people use phone cards to call, and you cannot show records of that, so it's not as bad as you think).'how you met' is important, but 'how you have maintained contact' is more important.
