eCoPR received on 4 June 2025
See full timeline below

The IRCC website says the processing time is 49 days for first-time PR cards, and then it can take a few weeks for Canada Post to ship it to you (assuming they don't go on strike).
PR card application approved on Monday, and we received it today, 100 days after eCoPR.
The delay was due to photo rejection in July. We submitted a replacement photo the next day. The portal said the rejection was due to the original photo being "poor quality."

sam any update on PR card?
I just checked and the final decision update was Sept 23. Hopefully they will dispatch the card soon

Hi everyone that didn't apply in Quebec and has received their PR - congratulations!! Can I hear from someone that applied from Quebec, too? I know that processing times for us is on average 2 years instead of 1 year. My application is still stuck in "Background verification". Last update was in June where my Eligibility was completed. Lol. This is the Application Status Tracker info, though. If I log in with GC keys, my application still says "need further documents". Lol. I'm sure this is referring to their request for MIFI stuff, which I have given. Oh well. Hopefully next summer we can become PRs of Quebec. :):):)
