Hi All, I see the below update in the cic account - February 10, 2022 Your interview was cancelled. Check your messages for details (but no messages were sent or posted in the account till now)

Review of eligibility

• We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.

Review of medical results

September 3, 2021 You passed the medical exam.

Review of additional documents

We do not need additional documents.

Interview

• February 10, 2022 Your interview was cancelled. Check your messages for details.

Biometrics

• We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.

Background check

• We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

Final decision

• Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

PLEASE HELP TO UNDERSTAND what is happening with this application (also I applied for TRV in Jan 2022 in old portal and in Feb 2022 in new portal, they have cancelled the TRV application in new portal quoting the old in process)
