AOR of Jan outland apps were already done before pandemic according to tracker. What exactly do u mean?

My application was delivered on June 22, 2020.

Before this pandemic, the average time to get an AOR was 2.5 months. Now it's been more than 4 months and NONE of the February 2020 applicants have received the AOR. It looks like there was a total shutdown at least during March 15 to May 15.

If we consider that they resumed the work in mid-May with less staff, the February applicants will see AOR in mid to late August.

They did not resume the work at all, because not even 1 person got AOR since shutdown.
I believe that when they return to work, you will see AOR's in batches.
