June 2020 AOR.. Awaiting PPR.. Pregnancy details

Our AOR is in June 2020. Hopefully the PPR will come in Jan or Feb 2021 based on the trend. Now my wife is 6 weeks pregnant. Do we need to update any info or intimate CIC using a webform. What is the best approach here?

No you only notify IRCC when child is born.

You can only add a child after it is born not in anticipation. As soon as your child is born, you will have to update IRCC and provide documents.
