What is the average time frame between test and oath letter at Scarborough office?
They say 2-3 months but it usually is 1 month.

Thanks a lot. Is it for the oath date or receiving the oath letter?

No one really knows ... it's an average!

I took my test on July 17, did not receive an oath letter yet

I gave my test on 24th June and then i called CIC last week. They informed me everything is good and approved and i can get OATH confirmation letter within 6 months of time from my test date.

I have friends who took the test on June 12 and had their oath ceremony on July 21.
I gave my test on July 17, haven't received anything yet. There's usually a 2 week gap between oath letter and oath date.

Finally the day has come for the OATH ceremony.

I got letter on 15th August 2014 from CIC for the Invitation on 06th Sep 2014 at Scarborough location.

Best of Luck to everyone, -:)

Congratulations!
That's a 7 week gap between test and receiving letter! I guess I will have to be a bit more patient :)
