Where can you check your status??? I have a lawyer helping me so I don't know how to follow my case

I sent to CIO on 10 june recieved by GLEN and at that time website showig cap 976 till 23 june2011.so i understood i m within cap .then after one month i contacted CIO about my status of application .Yesterday they sent me email that we returnrd back aplication on 28 june2010 since cap of 1000 reached.i didnt yet recieved back my application .They sent by ordinary post.
