June 1 Application, NOC 0111

Hi all
I applied on 1st June 2010 under 0111, got my 1st AOR on 30th Sep 2010, second in Feb 2011. Since then, 'pending review' appears on my status.
1 + experience, spouse EGNR in CS (3+ experience)
Is CHC really ignoring applications submitted during June-July period????

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated
