JULY FIRST WEEK SDS APPLICANT UPDATE HERE

Dear Sir,
Greetings of the day.
My name is Shubham and I applied for Study permit on 11th June,2018.
Also, Seven more friends of mine applied on the same day.
Some of them applied in General Stream while some including me applied in SDS.
I am totally aware of Official processing time of 60 days or 45 days.
As per our experience with CIC our quires are as follows:
1) Why offline Visas(Even General Stream) are responded much faster in comparison with Online Visa?
2) Why SDS visas are delayed over the commitment of 45 days?
3) Not a Single SDS visa applied online are responded, Why?
We applied(SDS) online because CIC website recommended us to do so.
Three of my friends got Visa because luckily they applied offline regardless of SDS or General.
Remaining four of us(SDS) are still waiting after 45 days.
It is my humble request to you please give us explanation about the clear partiality between online and Offline processing period.
Your response is important to us as we will recommend our juniors of next intake to apply like wise.

I applied online on 4th of July and still waiting for visa update ... As my cousin applied offline on 24th June and he got his visa on 20th July.
I'm really getting tensed after reading shubham's post.
