July Applicant. No email test link received.

Hello All,

Request you to please assist here.
Test date shown on tracker is 18march to 7april. This was updated on 11thmarch
No email has been received so far from IRCC
BGC - shows completed
Physical presence - In progress
Language skills - In progress
Prohibitions - In progress

Please guide me as in
1. if this is normal?
2. Should I go ahead and give the test via the citizenship tracker link? or should I wait till all is shown as completed?
or
Should I wait for the email link which is sent by IRCC?

email them as in the FAQ section in the morning if you don't here from them .. pretty normal these days to not get invites , there are a lot of glitches with the process IRCC uses.
